My background in Psychology and Biology allows me to understand how biological, chemical, and psychological factors intersect in mental health. I’ve worked with a wide range of clients facing concerns such as anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, family conflict, and relationship issues. Using CBT, I help clients recognize how their thoughts influence their emotions and behaviors, while mindfulness techniques help them stay grounded in the present. I tailor therapy to meet clients where they are and help them move toward where they want to be.
